Terms and conditions – Winter Warriors 2026

The organiser of this competition is Adcock Ingram Healthcare (Pty) Ltd and/or its designated agencies and is collectively referred to as “the Organisers”.
By entering the competition and/or accepting the prizes, all entrants, winner/s and their companions agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Rules”).
The competition commences on 1 June 2026 and ends on 31 August 2026 both days inclusive (“Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
To qualify as an entrant in the competition, you must be a citizen or a permanent resident of South Africa, currently residing in South Africa, and be 18 years or older at the date on which you enter. The Organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants and/or any other person who directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by them, or any supplier of goods and services in connection with the competition and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in, or enter the competition. No entry is valid until a validation process determined by the Organisers has taken place.
The competition applies to purchases of participating Adcock brands, including but not limited to:
- Probiflora™
- Gummy Vites
- Epi-Max^®
- *Excludes Panado^® and Cepacol^®.
The Organisers reserve the right to add or remove brands from the list of participating brands.
The winner shall be chosen by following all the competition mechanics, how to enter:
1. 6.1 Purchase two (2) or more participating Winter Warriors products from a participating independent pharmacy.
2. 6.2 Upload your till slip to your pharmacy group’s unique competition URL.
3. 6.3 Stand a chance to WIN a Dream Resorts Weekend Away.
Entry Rules:
1. 7.1 Competition is only valid for in-store purchases at qualifying pharmacies.
2. 7.2 Each valid till slip qualifies for one entry.
3. 7.3 Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is supported by a unique till slip.
4. 7.4 Till slips must clearly show:
  - Date of purchase
  - Participating products
  - Store name
5. 7.5 Entries with illegible or incomplete till slips may be disqualified.
6. 7.6 The Organisers reserve the right to audit and validate all entries.
“The Prizes” consist of:
The prizes consist of Dream Resorts Weekend Away Vouchers valued at R10 000 each.

The prize allocation will be as follows:
- Arrie Nel Pharmacies – 1 winner
- Alpha Pharm – 1 winner
- City Medical (Ring Pharmacies) – 1 winner
- Pharmacy at Spar – 1 winner
- CJ (The Local Choice Pharmacies) – 1 winner
Total prize pool value: R50 000.
Prize Conditions:
1. 9.1 The prize consists of a Dream Resorts travel voucher valued at R10 000.
2. 9.2 The voucher is subject to Dream Resorts’ booking terms and availability.
3. 9.3 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. 9.4 The prize is not transferable.
Winner Selection:
1. 10.1 Winners will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.
2. 10.2 Each pharmacy group will have its own prize pool.
3. 10.3 The draw will take place within 10 working days after the competition closing date.
4. 10.4 The Organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be contacted via the telephone number or email address provided during entry. If the Organisers are unable to contact a winner within 7 working days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner.
The decision of the judges is final. No discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
The Organisers do not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed entries as a result of any network or mobile telephone hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Organiser is final.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
The Organisers will interpret the rules at their sole discretion.
By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the use at no consideration of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of this competition and for marketing purposes related to and flowing from this competition. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
The Organisers reserve the right to terminate the competition at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without notice. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights, which they may have against the Organisers and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the Organisers.
The Organisers reserve the right to swap out any prize at any given time for any reason whatsoever, without notice. In such event, all entrants hereby waive any rights, which they may have against the Organisers and acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature against the Organisers.
All entrants and winners indemnify the Organisers and its employees and agents against any and all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever related to their participation in any way howsoever in this competition.
The Organisers may use the database information for future competition and marketing purposes.
These Terms and Conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection herewith (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with South African law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
